NEW REAL TEENS is an independent talent and lifestyle initiative dedicated to discovering the fresh faces, voices, and attitudes shaping tomorrow. Our mobile outreach team visits malls, arcades, skating rinks, food courts, and other places where youth culture happens naturally.

No experience is necessary. Our representatives can usually recognize potential before introductions have been made. Appointments are unnecessary; discovery seldom happens by appointment.

Sean founded New Real Teens after noticing that traditional casting agencies rarely visit the places where young people actually spend time. He has devoted his evenings, weekends, and most major holidays to correcting that oversight. As Founder, Webmaster, Talent Liaison, Photographer, Driver, and Records Custodian, Sean personally oversees every stage of the discovery process.
